How much does it cost to post a job?
Posting is free. A customer booking fee is added only when you confirm and pay a provider. The current fee is shown before you pay.
Are providers licensed and insured?
Providers must hold any licences and insurance the law requires. BookaJob only shows a licence, insurance or ID as checked when our team has reviewed it — look for the badges on each offer.
What is the Performance Score?
Performance Score is based on a provider's activity and performance on BookaJob. It is separate from customer star ratings and doesn't guarantee quality, so check reviews and details too.
Is my address shown publicly?
No. Jobs show your suburb only. Your exact address goes to the provider you choose after the booking is paid.
What if something goes wrong?
Use 'Report a problem' on the job page. Cancellations, no-shows and disputes are reviewed by our team.
